On the Feast of St. Francis, October 4, Chef Francois Sanchez and his wife Betsy, along with their children Erik, Paul and Claire, put on the HEAR US Bene-Feast dinner at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in St. Charles, IL for 100 HEAR US friends.
